Access to and use of the website www.iskantelakecomo.it (hereinafter, "Site") owned by Brenna Beatrice Elena with headquarters in Como, in via Rimoldi 49, by any user, presupposes the conscious reading and full acceptance of the methods, limitations, indications and rules reported below, as well as the commitment to hold Brenna Beatrice Elena harmless from any claim or demand from third parties that may arise, directly or indirectly, from improper or illicit use of the Site itself.

If you do not wish to accept the following regulation, you are invited not to use the Site.

The user acknowledges that the use of the Site is at his sole and exclusive discretion. Access to the Site is free and optional and the User, by browsing the relevant web pages, declares to accept subjection to all regulations in force in Italy, as applicable.

Brenna Beatrice Elena, reserves the right to modify, add, remove one or all of the Contents of the site as well as to suspend, interrupt or limit access to the Site or the Contents at any time and without notice at its sole discretion.​

It is therefore forbidden to use the trademarks and/or distinctive signs owned by Iskante Lake Como in any form and manner including, by way of example and not limited to, as a username and/or domain with any extension, even of second and/or further level.

However, the Contents may be used for personal purposes as long as the moral rights and/or property rights of the legitimate owners of the individual Contents are not infringed.

The User acknowledges that the use of the Site is at his/her sole and exclusive discretion. The Contents are provided "as is" and "as available". Any warranty of any kind by Brenna Beatrice Elena, whether explicit and/or implicit, is expressly excluded. The Site uses automatic systems for collecting information about the User such as web beacons and cookies for the sole purpose of making navigation easier.

For all matters relating to the use of the Site, the Italian regulations and Law will apply exclusively. In the event of disputes, the Court of Como shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2) HOUSE RULES

​

We have prepared this home with much love and attention, and we sincerely hope that your stay here is pleasant and relaxing. 

 

Here are some rules to follow. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Beatrice and Roberto

 

1) This apartment is located in a condominium where other people also live, please keep silent in common areas and enjoy the terrace without making excessive noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Parties and events are not allowed.

​

2) In the apartment Smoking is forbidden in all rooms to prevent fires. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €250 fine, plus compensation for any damage caused by the fire.

​

3) In the WC it can be thrown away only toilet paper (NO sanitary pads, cotton buds, wipes, makeup remover pads, condoms, etc.). If the pipes become blocked, the cost of the drain cleaning will be charged.

​

4) Pay attention to the glass doors on the terrace, to avoid bumping into the glass and injuring yourself or breaking it, an amount of €3,000 will be charged if a glass door breaks.

​

5) It is forbidden to damage the plants on the terrace, tear off the leaves, overturn the pots, etc. Attention: the plants on the terrace are not edible (some species are poisonous). Guests are responsible for supervising their children.

​

6) After use make sure that the awnings are always closed (to prevent wind-related breakage at night or when you are away from the apartment). If an awning flies off causing damage, the guest will be personally responsible for damage compensation.

​

7) Lock the windows and the entrance door when you leave the apartment and make sure that the lights and appliances are turned off (like air conditioners, stovetops, washing machines, etc). Only the refrigerator should remain on.

​

8) The check-out it will have to happen by 10:00 am. At the moment of the check-out:

-leave the kitchen clean and the dishes washed otherwise a penalty of €60 will be charged;

-leave the key in the box installed near the entrance door closing it well.
